Liquid Todd is an award-winning DJ, programmer and producer based in New York City. Todd was the first to launch groundbreaking mixshows in Boston and New York City - where his legendary SOLID STATE show recently moved from 92.3 K-Rock to 103.5 WKTU - becoming ALTERED STATE and airing Friday nights, 1-3am, on "The Beat of New York." The move to WKTU came exactly one month after Solid State celebrated eight years on the air in New York City on April 6, 2005.
In addition to his work on Terrestrial Radio, Liquid Todd's trademark genre-bending style can be heard on Sirius Satellite Radio where, in addition to holding down the afternoon-drive shift on Boombox/34 (Monday-Friday, 4-10pm EST) and hosting ZEROS+ONES on Left of Center/26 (Mondays, 10pm-mid EST), he also helps program Boombox/34 and Chill/35.
None of this would have happened if Todd hadn't fallen so hard for remix culture and broadcasting after college. In 1994 LT broke new ground by being the first DJ with a show dedicated solely to rave and DJ culture on a major radio station in Boston - first on 101.7 WFNX, then on 104.1 WBCN. Awards: In March of 2002 he won the Dancestar American Dance Music Award for "Best Radio DJ" for his work on Solid State. Todd was also nominated for the award four years in a row.
