WXXL-FMs The Doc & Johnny Show held two live broadcasts from Orlando, Florida area malls collecting Donations for the American Red Cross hurricane relief efforts. With matched funds from Lowes Home Improvement, the group raised $204,000.
Clear Channel Radio/Quad Cities has raised $47,000 for hurricane victims devastated by Katrina.
Clear Channel Radio/Duluth organized a food and water donation/fundraising drive for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. To date they have raised over $1,000 and a truckload of urgently needed supplies.
