Personal: Andrew Wilkow is a conservative talk show host who was born August 18, 1972 in Hollywood Beach, Florida. He grew up in Bellmore, New York and graduated from University of Florida in 1996.

Radio: According to wilkowmajority.com: "The next generation of great talk radio got his "start" in the 4th grade when he drew radio controls on his loose leaf binder and stuck a pencil in the center to be his microphone."

Andrew Wilkow joined SIRIUS Satellite Radio in August of 2006. He is a native New Yorker who began his radio career in college at the University of Florida's WRUF-FM.

The Wilkow Majority is now heard on SIRIUS XM Patriot (SIRIUS channel 125 and XM channel 125)

He got his start in college radio in 1990 at 640 AM WDTU at S.U.N.Y. Delhi in upstate, New York. In 1993, Wilkow transferred to the University of Florida where he worked at WRUF-FM.

He worked stints at WZNS/Ft. Walton Beach, Florida and WCLG-FM/Morgantown, West Virginia.

In April, 2002 Wilkow was recruited for part-time work at WABC/New York by then Program Director, Phil Boyce. Wilkow subsequently worked full time at 810 WGY/Albany while doing part-time weekend work at WABC.

In 2005 Mel Karmazin, then the CEO of SIRIUS Satellite Radio, heard Wilkow on WABC and hired him.
