Radio 2008: What Happened During The Past Year In Radio

As I do at the end of every year I present what I think were the top news stories that made a difference in Radio, both Old Radio (AM/FM) and New Radio (Satellite, Internet, Cell Phone). In addition this year, I have also selected an additional 10 Notable Events.
Top 10 Radio Stories of 2008
Each year I select 10 Radio stories which I believe either produced a surprising or controversial impact by their nature, drew the most reaction from others upon their reporting, or had the most potential for making a profound effect on Radio. Here are the 10 I've selected this year. Of course, it's just my opinion. Feel free to react or list your own in the comment area.
