That's just what Lee Mroszak, aka "The Crazy Cabbie", did. Not only did the IRS hear about it, they prosecuted him and won the case.
Mroszak was sentenced to a year in prison. Looks like he'll be getting out just in time for Howard's move to SIRIUS. What's that Lee? They won't tell you where the new studios are? I'm shocked.
