The co-host of a BBC radio show on gardening, Frieda Morrison, apologized for her co-host spending 3 minutes on the air explaining how to grow Northern Lights. The co host didnt realize that Northern Lights is also the name of a variety of cabbage, too hence the confusion.

Bobby Mason, 23, and Clarence Day, 22, were cited for disorderly conduct and traffic violations. It seems they worked for WKST-FM, Pittsburgh and were standing in skirts with no shirts holding a sign that said, "Honk if you can see my testicles".

Kerry Dwayne Stevens, the former employee of a Christian radio station, pled guilty to child pornography charges. He admitted photographing the genitals of his daughter and her friend while they slept.

Erik Wright was sentenced to 15 years to life for murdering San Diego radio personality Jack Merker. Merker was discovered bound and gagged in the laundry room of a home in Palm Springs, choked to death.

Clear Channel Radio fires Bubba the Love Sponge. This action in response to a fine of over $700,000 which Clear Channel incurred because of comments and content aired on the Love Sponge's program. Full Story
