If you won't be near a TV, there's always a radio or streaming audio option for coverage of events, speakers, and other proceedings.
C-SPAN will offer gavel-to-gavel coverage and it's commercial free and commentary free. The network has provided total, unabridged coverage like this since 1984. The network promises every minute, literally, will be broadcast on C-SPAN Radio, cable, and on C-SPAN.org. It will then be catalogued and archived in the C-SPAN Video library.
C-SPAN Radio is available on XM Satellite Radio, channel 119, locally in the D.C./Baltimore area at 90.1 FM. On HD at 90.1 HD-1, 90.1 HD-2, and 90.1 HD-3. Listen online at c-span.org. A free C-Span Radio app is also available for Android, Blackberry, and iPhone, iPad.
