Personal: Roe Conn graduate Denison University in 1986. He majored in Anthropology. He is married with one daughter.

Radio: Conn began his radio career at WMAQ, Chicago as a producer.

He joined WLS-AM, Chicago in 1989 as a weekend host and then was a senior producer for a short time.

In 1991, Conn became the midday host.

Conn was teamed up with Garry Meier in 1996 to do the afternoon show.

Conn signed a new deal with WLS-AM in early June, 2004 (without Meier) and is now heard 2 - 6 p.m.

Roe Conn has also done radio work for WABC, New York and WJR, Detroit.

Awards: The recipient of 3 consecutive "Best Afternoon Show" AIR awards (with Garry Meier).

Conn has been recognized twice by Talkers Magazine as one of the "100 Most Influential Talk Show Hosts in America."
