Beginnings: Started in radio as a teenager in 1969
Syndication: Bartley has been hosting and producing nationally-syndicated oldies programs since 1982.
His programs today include:
“Solid Gold Saturday Night”, “American Gold”, “Rock and Roll’s Greatest Hits” ,“Yesterday Live"
Awards: Winner of the BillBoard magazine "Radio Award" for "Network Program of the Year" - 1988, 1989, and 1990.
Nominated for the National Association of Broadcasters "Marconi Award" as "Network Personality of the Year" - 1992, 1993, and 1995
Winner of the New York International Radio Festival "WorldMedal" for "Beatles 95" radio special, including exclusive Paul McCartney interview - 1995.
Dick was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2000.
