The design consultant was Wayne Hemingway, the highly successful co-founder of Red or Dead (three time British Fashion Council “Street Style Designer of the Year” winner) and of Hemingway Design. The Bug is not available at this time in the United States where the RIAA is expressing concern over the ability of users to extract and record music from digital broadcasts.
