Odessa American Online is reporting the story of a man who made a bomb threat after a Dallas radio station did not play his song request.

Billy Wayne Miles called KMCM, 96.9 FM on September 27 and asked for a new version of "Ain't That A Shame" by Fats Domino to be played.

According to a police affidavit, when his song wasn't played after three tries, Miles finally called the station and said, "There will be a big bang at a downtown parking garage in Odessa, Texas, at 2 (p.m.) today."

Miles is facing a federal felony charge of making a bomb threat has was released on his own personal recognizance because the U.S. Attorney handling the case did not feel he was a flight risk. According to Odessa American Online, Miles suffers from "diabetes, emphysema and congestive heart failure, requires oxygen 24 hours a day and needs a scooter to travel."

If convicted, Miles could face up to 10 years in prison.
