The Ironton Tribune is reporting the arrest of James Steven Reinhardt, 50, on stalking and burglary charges.

Reinhardt is employed by WRYV-FM, Gallipolis, Ohio, also known as "101.5 The River". Gallipolis is about 100 miles southeast of Columbus, Ohio. Reinhardt's on-air name is "Rhino" of the "The Rhino Rise and Shine Show". According to the station's website, "Rhino" is also the station's Operations Manager and is married with one daughter.

According to the Lawrence County Sheriff Office, authorities were contacted about 30 days ago by a family who said someone had been placing obscene material in their daughter's car.

Deputies began surveillance of the home and property and Reinhardt was apprehended in connection with the complaint. Apparently, Reinhardt was known by the victim but authorities declined to elaborate on details of that relationship at this time.

Reinhardt was jailed then released on bail. A spokesperson for the radio station said management would be making a decision on the future of Reinhardt's employment after all the information was available on the incident.
