The BBC had to apologize for a "joke" by Danny Kelly, afternoon host on BBC WM, a radio station located in central England. Apparently, he told his audience that Queen Elizabeth II had died while playing the national anthem in the background. Bad idea? Yep. Kelly was suspended for a week. - 2010
