"Inside Radio" reports that Loretta Lynn Harper, the woman involved in the Opie & Anthony sex-stunt will appear on "Celebrity Justice" to apologize and tell her side of the story. The couple is still facing indecency charges because of the incident. "InternetNews.com" is reporting small webcasters won a reprieve from the recording industry's collecting agency. A temporary payment plan has been put forward which would let small broadcasters, who qualify under their definition, slip by with a $500 dollar payment for each year they've been streaming since 1998 up to a maximum fee of $2500 dollars. "Measurecast" , the company that pioneered measuring listenership of online Radio, has been gobbled up by Arbitron, the company which made its name by measuring listenership at traditional Radio stations. "Inside Radio" also says don't be surprised if you hear about a show called "The Dream Doctor" sometime in the future. This new Radio show, hosted by Dr. Charles McPhee, is slowly being rolled out by Cox Broadcasting. So far, it is on Cox stations in Atlanta, Miami, San Antonio and Tulsa. More to follow.
