It's the Food, baby! Relatives don't have that much pull at a Radio station for getting music on the air and no self-respecting Program Director is going to play a song for a lousy $50 bucks. And as far as being incredibly talented well, there are a thousand great bands out there who are excellent but you need to be in the right place at the right time. But, if you read your guide's "How To" on getting anything plugged on the Radio, you would know DJs are WEAK and can be coaxed into almost anything with some food!
