Indianapolis DJ Will Plead Guilty To Sexual Battery

TheIndiChannel.com is reporting Adam Ritz, a high-profile Indianapolis DJ, will plead guilty to a charge of sexual battery.

The charge could bring a prison term of up to 3 years.

Ritz, the afternoon jock on WRZX, locally known as "X-103" - Indy's New Rock Alternative - was accused in December of 2003 of trying to have non-consensual sex with a 22-year-old woman was staying at his house.

Ritz will enter his plea and be sentenced on May 5th.

TheIndiChannel.com reports WRZX issued a statement saying, "he was taking a break from work to address personal issues."
