Beginning today there's a new morning man at Chicago's K-HITS 104.3 (WJMK-FM). Chicago radio veteran, Dave Fogel, will now be heard from 5 to 9 a.m., weekdays. (Graphic: CBS Radio)
Fogel has worked around the Windy City since joining WLUP-FM in 1996. He was a fixture at WTMX-FM for 8 years and was recently on WLS-FM.
K-HITS plays a mix of music from the '60s, '70s, and '80s. K-HITS was formerly an "Oldies" station but in 2005 it was re-branded and the station's music universe was shifted forward with tunes from the '50s dropped from the library.
In addition to adding Fogel to mornings, K-HITS has announced it will also throw live newscasts into the programming mix.
Listen: You can hear K-HITS online through the station's website.
