Wango Tango is an annual concert put on by Los Angeles radio station, KIIS-FM. Ryan Seacrest, the station's morning host is also the host of American Top 40. He was presented with a AT 40 40th Anniversary Cake during Wango Tango. Sharing in the festivities were Usher and Justin Bieber. See photos in a new gallery.
