Radio Included in Venezuela's First Cell Phone

When El Vergatario went on sale Saturday, Venezuela's first locally-made cell phone, 5000 sold immediately. It's the cheapest cell phone in that country at just $13.95 and "...an attractive price in a country where the minimum pay is about $445 a month," according to businessweek.com.

El Vergatario (which means "awesome") includes a camera, MP3 player, and radio.
