It must be sweet for Mancow. In July, 2006 he lost his flagship station in Chicago, Q101 when the station dropped him after 8 years on-the-air there. (Right: Mancow, Photo Credit: © TRN-FM)
Since then, he has continued to rebuild his syndicated show and Mancow now will return to the Chicago airwaves on WLS-AM, an icon of not only Chicago radio but Radio in general.
Eric "Mancow" Muller's show will air on WLS-AM from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. Central time, separate from his TRN-FM syndicated program. WLS-AM General Manager Mike Fowler said, "It’s a younger version of Rush, with some Roe Conn thrown in."
Besides his new Chicago gig, Mancow's syndicated program has just recently expanded to WTNT/Washington, D.C.; WUUS/Chatanooga; WPBQ/Jackson, MS; WGTN/Myrtle Beach; KCCT/Corpus Christi; and KBRA, Freer, MS.
Mancow is a regular contributor on the Fox News Channel’s "Fox and Friends" and contributes commentaries to "Chicago Tonight". His syndicated show airs weekdays from 5:30 - 10 a.m. Central on TRN-FM.
