New iPhone Radio App Will Connect to 60,000 Radio Stations

Tuesday October 7, 2008
Radio for iPhone users is about to get even better. Tomorrow (10/08) RadioTime and Weather Underground will unveil WunderRadio - a new AM/FM and Internet radio tuner application for iPhone users. (Right: screenshot of the new RadioTime iPhone software. Graphic Credit: © RadioTime)

Users will be able to use RadioTime to search for over 60,000 terrestrial and Internet radio stations in addition to accessing U.S. weather stations from Weather Underground.

If you're interested in police, fire and EMS calls, "scanner bugs" will monitor those frequencies as well.
