SIRIUS Chief Hoping for Merger OK by End of March

From Forbes.com: "Investors gave Mel Karmazin their praise after the Sirius Satellite Radio chief executive said he expected the company's merger with XM Satellite Radio to end positively, and very soon...[and Karmazin]...hopes the U.S. Federal Communication Commission would rule in favor of the companies merging by the end of March.
