Man Calls BBC Radio Two, Claims to be Letter Bomber

According to telegraph.co.uk: "A man who called a national BBC radio phone-in show to try to claim responsibility for sending a letter bomb has been arrested by police investigating a series of seven explosive devices sent through the post in the last three weeks. The 48-year-old man called the Jeremy Vine programme on Radio Two yesterday claiming to be the 'Wokingham letter bomber'."
