A site visitor writes: “I purchased recently a waterproof AM radio, one that I can wear when I swim laps. I recently pondered if I'd be able to buy some sort of AM transmitter, similar to those you can attach to a portable music device (ie a mp3 player or cd player) which transmits the signal to your car radio and allows one to listen to portable music via the car speakers.
