Houston Radio Talk Show Host indicted On Indecency Charges

From KTRK-TV, Houston: Conservative talk-show host, Jon Matthews was indicted Tuesday by a Ft. Bend County jury on charges of indecency with a child, a third-degree felony. The county District Attorney said Matthews is charged with exposing himself to a female child, but there was no physical contact.
If convicted, Matthews could get 2 to 10 years in prison and be slapped with a fine not to exceed $10,000. The Radio personality immediately resigned his position at KSEV, Houston also known as AM 700. Matthews had been off the air for several weeks prior to the indictment. Full Story
