The Insignia HD Radio Portable Player allows users to listen to those extra radio stations (multicasts) that can be created by traditional FM stations using the HD Radio methodology of digital broadcasting.

Regular FM receivers can't quite pick up these precisely-defined stations but HD Radios can.

The Insignia radio/player features a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, full color LCD screen, jack output, and 10-memory preset.

Since Lane's departure, Clark had been doing Mike in the Morning with support from show contributors Trudi Daniels and Marc Fellhauer.

Today's show featured a variety of listeners and celebrities congratulating the duo on working together again. The station is touting the reunion as "Back Together and in Your Ear-Hole."

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin appeared on a radio gun show called "Firearms Friday" which airs on KFAR, Fairbanks.

The soon-to-leave-office Palin was in Fairbanks to sign a gun rights bill and joined other guests to talk guns including avid 2nd Amendment advocate, hunter, and rocker, Ted Nugent.

KFAR is at 660 AM and features conservative talk programming like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, and Dennis Miller. You can listen online at www.kfar660.com.
